Holidays Made Here at Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood: Visiting Gilmore Girls Stars Hollow for the Holidays

If you need me, I’ll be over here absolutely losing my mind because THIS IS REAL LIFE and I still can’t believe we get to experience it.

The Holidays Made Here: Gilmore Girls Stars Hollow holiday overlay at Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood is hands-down one of the coolest, most pinch-me fan experiences I’ve ever done—and the best part? You can still see it now through January 4th.

Walking straight into Stars Hollow (yes, THAT Stars Hollow)

The moment you step onto the backlot and turn the corner into Stars Hollow, it hits you. The gazebo. Doose’s Market. Kim’s Antiques. The snow-dusted vibes that somehow feel cozy and magical even under the California sun. I had a full “Is this happening??” moment.

If you’re a fan of Gilmore Girls, this isn’t just a set—it’s a core memory. Every detail feels intentional, festive, and straight out of an episode you’ve rewatched a thousand times. It’s nostalgic in the best way, and I have to say, since I was invited to the media event (still pinching myself) I was there in the morning before they turned the music on to open the experience. Y’all there’s something about walking in Rory & Lorelai’s footsteps with every song ever played in the show looping one at a time in the background throughout the day that takes you just one step further into the world. I caught myself smiling so many times when I’d hear a random song and remember which episode it’s from while I was exploring!

The holiday magic is layered into the tour

What makes this experience extra special is that it’s not a separate event—you’re getting the full studio tour, but with the Gilmore Christmas magic woven throughout. You’ll still explore iconic soundstages, props, and behind-the-scenes moments, but then suddenly… boom. Stars Hollow. Decorated. Glowing. Waiting for you.

It feels like Warner Bros said, “What if we made this already-amazing tour even better?” and honestly? They nailed it.

Perfect for fans, families, and festive vibes

Whether you’re a die-hard Gilmore Girls fan, a casual watcher, or just someone who loves cozy holiday experiences, this is such a win.

And if you’re bringing kids? Watching them see a TV town come to life—especially one this charming—is just pure joy.

Don’t wait on this one

I cannot stress this enough: this is only available through January 4th. If Stars Hollow has ever lived rent-free in your mind, now is your moment. Grab the tickets. Bring the camera. Prepare to say “Oy with the poodles already” approximately 47 times.

This is one of those experiences you walk away from already planning how to come back again. Holiday magic, TV nostalgia, and behind-the-scenes Hollywood all rolled into one—and I’m still in disbelief that it’s real.

Trust me: go before it’s gone. ✨

I read the post about the holidays at Warner Bros Studio Tour, and it really made me feel like I was walking through Stars Hollow with all the lights, decorations, and little moments from Gilmore Girls that make fans smile. It reminded me of a crazy time in college when I hire someone to take my algebra exams so I had time to plan a winter trip like that with friends. Thinking about this made me see how holiday fun and school both need good planning.
